1. Service Provision VOVOFIT COURIER provides pickup and delivery services within Ghana. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that is deemed unsafe, illegal, or poorly packaged.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All service fees are quoted and payable in Ghana Cedis (GHC).
• Payments must be made via our approved channels before or upon pickup, unless a prior corporate credit agreement exists.
• Delivery quotes are based on weight, dimensions, and distance.

3. Prohibited Items We do not transport illegal drugs, explosives, flammable liquids, firearms, or currency. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the contents of the package comply with Ghanaian law.

4. Delivery Timelines While we strive for speed, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. VOVOFIT COURIER is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or incorrect recipient information provided by the sender.

5. Liability Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the cost of the delivery fee unless additional insurance is declared and paid for in advance. Perishable items are shipped at the sender’s risk.
